THE Business and Project Manager of Refuge Home Savings and Loans Limited,
Elvis Alabegbe told the National Daily that the purpose of the company in
the exhibition was to enlighten more members of the church of the services
of the company.
The company's latest promo, “Invest in your future, own a home at Beaufort
Royale, Mowe, Alabegbe explained that interested visitors to the stand would
be given the privilege to sign up N650, 000 per standard plot promo instead
of the N900, 000 outside the exhibition ground offer.
By mere “signing up for the plot of land during this display would enable
the customer enjoy the same reduction even if would take months before the
payment is made.”
The 'operation own your own house', said Alabegbe, was embarked upon by the
Refuge Home Savings and Loans Limited to enable interested members of the
public, especially members of the church own their own house with or without
money, saying having no money should not be a barrier to own your own dream
house, we can help you get your heart desired house.
“In the first phase of our programme we provided 100,000 units of two
bedroom flats. In the second phase, benefactors would need to pay 10 or 20
per cent of the equity of the total cost of the entire house; others will
be converted to mortgage.”
Cross section of the visitors commended the organiser, Christ Embassy, for
the event, saying that the exhibition has afforded them the opportunity to
interact with old friends and to make new friends.
According to Boniface Igwe, who came in from Port Harcourt for the event commended
the church for the show which he said have given him the chance to get more
products and services being provided by members of the church.
Similarly, Igwe it is wonderful, I love the way the whole arms of the ministry
were brought under one event which enabled us to get access to anyone of them
at a glance.
Another visitor, Vera Kanayo, it is interesting that the event came on. Kanayo
urged people should show more concern and our partners should improve to meet
the yearnings of members.
The exhibition ground was fully occupied with 36 different exhibitors, including
Healing Ministry, Global Space Integrated, Believers' Loveworld Camps Ministry,
and Inner City Missions among others.
