BEFORE you accept that job offer, here are a few things you should know:

1. Request for a copy of  the Company's handbook- a company's handbook should essentially contain the nature of the company's business, basic rules and regulations that govern relationship between the company and its employees as well as code of conduct expected of employees.
2. Ensure you are given a letter of offer or a Written Contract of Employment.
